You can live a meaningful life, you can have minimalist tendencies, you can try an avoid getting too deep into the consuming world, it doesn't mean you can't have a style you love, your style.
Above are styles I love, whether it's a piece of clothing, an allure or a detail.
I have to admit that I indulge myself with a bit of Pinterest mania every now and then. I find it quite inspiring sometimes and I do like being able to save photos I love. I used to do it pre-pinterest by cutting pages in magazines, mostly home deco magazines, saving them in actual paper folders for future inspiration. I still do. It really is a great way to create mood boards. It's interesting seeing specific styles, colors, textures emerging as you go.
Pinterest is a bit tricky when it comes to track down who originally posted a photo, let alone finding out who the photographer is.
Above from left to right :
One of my fav brand from the Netherlands Humanoid, the sweater was from a past collection and I did not indulge in such an expense. Still really love it though. Skateboard designer John Vitale from Portland, Oregon. The gray hair and cool tattoos photo is from photographer Katja Wessermeyer and the last one was found here.
Hey I'm a girl and I do like a good style!
