Capturing moments in life is addictive. When I have to run to the store with my little 100volts in tow, I always tell myself : this time was the last. There is absolutely no way he will remain still in the cart, not even with a cookie/honey stick/sponge/Iphone in hand (yup I tried a lot of nasty stratagem). I usually give up and find myself running after him, closing all the fridge's doors he'll open along the way, catching him right before his hands take the plunge in the bulk section, kindly yelling at the other customers to avoid their cart running over him, trying to catch my breath and some products that happen to be on my proudly-made grocery list while doing my best to keep my "wassup-I'm-totally-cool" kinda look (sunglasses help though). I'll most likely end up with only half of what I came for in my cart and I'll sometimes find some confort in the smiles I get from other moms and dads who managed to come shopping hands-free-of-toddlers.
So when came the day we decided to go down to the store all together, meaning little-him, big-him and myself, I didn't resist the temptation to grab my camera thinking this could be my chance to capture some of these Oh so frantically precious slash hilarious moments.
