Believe it or not, these past few days we have been getting snow here in Hawaii. S n o w ! Not even kidding. Okay okay on the volcano summit but still. And since most houses here are not well isolated it can get pretty cold at night. Our bedroom is basically just single dry walls with no isolation and we have been waking up to a freezing 54°F a few mornings in a row. Brrrrrr. I know we are lucky it's only a few days/year, maybe a couple weeks to the most and we don't really mind at all (got to wear my furry boots yay!). But this morning as I was trying to warm myself up drinking my tea I remembered these super huge & cool scarfs I had seen not so long ago somewhere on Etsy. And I kinda wish I had one for those cold cold mornings & nights, when I wouldn't love anything more than walking around the house all wrapped up in my warm duvet. No I can not justify owning one of these but I love that they are handmade in Ukraine by a girl who seems to be making magic with her rolls of thick yarn (aren't the throws gorgeous too?).
